July 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Angelina Jolie stunned the fans at the Comic-Con 2010 in a black leather jacket. She was at the convention to promote her latest movie ‘Salt’. The star received a tremendous welcome from the 7000 strong crowd at San Diego. She talked about her latest project and was accompanied by her co-star, director and producer. In ‘Salt’ Angelina Jolie plays the role of a Russian spy and she has also done most of the stunts herself. She returned to the Comic-Con years after her appearance during the time of the release of her first action film, ‘Tom Raider’.

The ‘Tomb Raider’ star said in at the convention that the action sequences in the film are one of the hardest she has ever done. She also mentioned the injuries and the bruises she received during the filming of the reality based spy thriller. She gave the audience an instance from the sets of ‘Salt’. She said that after a very brutal fall she started to think that she had damaged something serious as she was unable to hear properly. She realized later that she had her earplugs on.

Angelina Jolie’s husband and star Brad Pitt was only present at the Con in the form of a card board cut out. Angelina Jolie was, however, not the only superstar who graced the convention at San Diego, Johny Depp was also seen giving the fans a sneak peak into the filming of the 4th installment of ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean’. Jeff Bridges and the ravishing Olivia Wilde were also seen at the convention recently to talk about their highly anticipated Sci-Fi thriller ‘TRON: Legacy’.
