Angelina Jolie Reunites With Her Father

Venice, Feb 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Angelina Jolie is a star who manages to stay in news always and sometimes the reasons are not related to her film career at all. If the latest media reports are to be believed, the Beowulf star has reunited with Jon Voight, her estranged father, after a long period of separation. The gorgeous lady was seen with her Oscar award-winning father after a number of years. They were reportedly spotted in a boat in Venice. Also present at the occasion were her children and partner, actor Brad Pitt. A few weeks back a number of media outlets published reports that the couple were about to split. However, firmly they denied the reports later.
From the way the father daughter duo were smiling it seemed that they have succeeded in burying their past differences. They share a troubled past. When Angelina Jolie was a kid, her parents had split up. When Jon Voight went vocal on TV on how he sought aid for his daughter, Angelina Jolie did not take it in a light manner. She retaliated by saying that she did not think staying with her father was healthy for her. It is being assumed that her partner Brad Pitt has played a part behind the reunion between the daughter and the father. They are in Venice now and the actress is likely to begin shooting for her new film there.
The actress stopped communicating with her father in 2001 but now the relation between them has healed, as it seems. She is reportedly enjoying the stay in Venice.
