Dec 10, (THAINDIAN NEW) Angelina Jolie is back to her charitable self once again. This time, she also plays the role of a jewelry designer. She recently launched her own line of jewelry for the Educational Partnership for Children of Conflict, of which the actress is a co-founder.

In an interview the actress said that there are some children who desperately need a safe place to learn and heal, a place to learn reconciliation and above all, a place to build a better future and a place to be just children. In many cases, the education of these unfortunate children are forgotten and they do not get proper opportunity to attend a school. These line of jewelry is a collection of rare ’statement stones’, that aims to raise fund for the organization. The line has been launched in collaboration with Asprey CEO Robert Procop. However, this is not the first time that she merged with the same company for a charitable purpose. Even before, she and beau Brad Pitt launched a line of gold and silver jewelry for the company, the proceeds of which went for the benefit of Educational Partnership for Children of Conflict. The star not only designed her own jewelry line but also loves flaunting them to promote them better. She sported a rose gold necklace from her previous collections in the premiere of her last movie, “Salt”.

However, if one is expecting to access her pricey jewelry line in their nearest store, then they would be disappointed to know that it would only be sold privately through the owner’s personal network of selected clients. These super expensive collections would include a 12.02-carat tablet shaped emerald ring set in rose gold and a pale green 353-carat pendant, among others.
