There is sad news for all the fans of “The Daily Buzz“.

Andrea Jackson who hosted “The Daily Buzz” left the show today. She was also the managing editor of the show. In her seven years’ term in the show she has won many hearts and her absence will be a great blow to many of her fans. 22nd of April, 2009 was her last day on the show. This hugely popular show has been on air since 2002.

Andrea Jackson has been quoted to have said that she had a “great experience being a part of ‘The Buzz’ since the very beginning”. Jackson feels that after a term of seven years on the same show it was time for her to move on and she has said “it’s the right time for change.” Wednesday’s show was her last appearance as the host of “The Daily Buzz”. The show is so popular that it is seen in about 145 markets across the country. The show is taped at Full Sail Studios in Winter Park and it is aired at 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. on the WRDQ-Channel 27.

In her official website Andrea Jackson mentions that at “The Daily Buzz” the “party” would get started “every weekday morning with co-host and weather guy Mitch English.” Her absence from the show will surely affect the shows viewership since everyone will miss Jackson’s intelligent interview techniques and sharp wit. What was most notable in her show was her hunger for breaking news. No matter what situations she had to face, she would always try to bring the best for her viewers.
