Anderson Cooper Is All Set To Host A Daytime TV Talk Show

Oct 1, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The “Anderson Cooper 360″ host veteran journalist of CNN is all set to host a syndicated talk show, the media reports. Warner Bros. domestic television distribution and Telepictures Productions also officially announced the news to the media yesterday. The daytime syndicated talk show will reportedly deal with social issues, pop culture and other stories related to everyday life.
A reputed media source reported that Anderson Cooper will also conduct undercover investigations and use hidden cameras to bring in the truth to the audience. Warner Bros. domestic television distribution and Telepictures Productions also stated that Anderson Cooper will also hold meetings in the show and discuss various topics like race, infidelity and technology. The officials also announced that the show is still untitled and it will be aired after the season finale of “The Oprah Winfrey Show” in 2011.
Anderson Cooper told a reputed media outlet that he was looking forward to an opportunity where he can show another side of him to the audience and his new show fits the bill. The journalist said that the show will be “interesting”. The television personality said that the format of the new syndicated talk show is “unique” and it has many “fascinating” and “compelling” stories. The former co-anchor of “World News Now” said that he is optimistic about the new program and with it he hopes to connect with his audience in a different way. However, Warner Bros. domestic television distribution and Telepictures Productions also said that Anderson Cooper will continue to host the CNN show. CNN Worldwide president Jim Walton said in his statement that the new talk show will be “good” for Anderson Cooper, CNN and also for “Time Warner”.
