London, Sep 26 (IANS) Actress and animal rights campaigner Pamela Anderson wants to become a goodwill ambassador of United Nations.
“An aspiration of mine since I started in this business is to one day fulfil the role of goodwill ambassador to the UN. I’ve always thought this was a romantic, interesting element of stardom, back to the days of Audrey Hepburn,” contactmusic.com quoted the 44-year-old as saying.
“I’ve always included social issues as well as animal issues in whatever country I’m visiting - no matter how trivial the job may seem. I use the possibilities and opportunities I’m blessed with to bring awareness, which makes me feel great. It brings meaning to my career in a unique way,” he added.
