June 19, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Director Shankar seems to have had a lot of trouble with his previous production “Rettai Suzhi’. With the film turning out to be a box office disaster, it’s looking like the filmmaker would produce films no more. Closer sources add that his continuing with production depends on the result of his upcoming release “Ananthapurathu Veedu’

Touted to be a supernatural thriller, the film revolves around a mystery buried inside a mansion for 23 years. With a family moving into the house, paranormal activities start occurring. “Thrills, twists, shocks and fun is assured for the audiences’ says filmmaker Naga making his debut directorial with this movie.

Unlike his previous productions, Shankar maintained a low profile for this film as he directly distributed music to the audio stores instead of hosting grand functions. It’s worth mentioning that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan launched the “Rettaisuzhi’ album in Chennai.

APV features actor Nandha and Chaaya Singh in lead roles and debutant Ramesh Krishna has scored music for the film.
