An ode to Bismillah Khan saab

August 25, 2010 (Sampurn Wire):Dr Soma Ghosh, Bismilah Khan saab’s foster daughter, celebrated his anniversary with a concert in his memory. The event happened at Bhavan’s College SP Jain auditorium, Andheri. Besides Soma Ghosh, director Shubhankar Ghosh, lyricists Maya Govind and Pushpa Bharati, sufi singer Sahil Multy Khan, model Sheena, Sitara Devi, Vipin Reshammiya father of Himesh Reshamiya, designer Umair Zafar, Swadhin Kshatriya, MCGM commissioner among others graced the occasion.
As music resonated the halls of the auditorium, the audiences were wrapped in those moments of time… if only time could stay still… Bismillah Khan saab would be in our midst through his music forever.
