London, Aug 1 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Amy Winehouse’s posthumous album is all set to be released soon. And according to reports, the songs in the album are inspired by her divorce to Blake Fielder-Civil. The album would be released in 2012.

Amy and Blake were married for a couple of years and eventually they parted ways, as they couldn’t get along well with each other. The agonizing and the stress filled times that Amy experienced in her marriage have inspired the album.

According to Contactmusic, a spokesperson for the Amy Winehouse family said that, “Amy always had a notebook on her and would write down lyrics and ideas. People who have heard the new songs say that they are very, very good and that they are as autobiographical as ever. The period after 2006 was when Amy went through the most emotional upheaval, with Blake going to prison and then their divorce”.

Amy Winehouse’s father Mitch Winehouse has set up a charity for all those people who are addicts. And the good news is that all the proceeds that are generated from the posthumous release of Amy’s new album would be donated to this charity, so that more and more addicts can walk free from their addictions.
