Amy Winehouse’s new beau wins approval of her parents

London, June 22 (ANI): English singer Amy Winehouse’s new boyfriend impressed her parents when he was introduced to them at her dad Mitch’s Sunday night jazz club debut in London.
The Rehab hitmaker is dating filmmaker Reg Traviss after moving on from her troubled relationship with ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil.
Winehouse introduced Traviss to her parents before her dad took to the stage at London’s Pizza on the Park jazz club. And the suave man easily managed to impress them, reports The Daily Express.
“He’s a really nice chap. They’re very fond of each other, so we will have to see how it goes,” Mitch said.
Winehouse’s mother Janice told Grazia magazine: “You just want to see your child happy and healthy and if Reg can help Amy stay in a place like that, then it’s a good thing.”
“Amy, bless her, is a little girl in love. I think it’s what’s called early days, but it’s great for me to see Reg making her so happy. She seems to like everything about him,” Janice added. (ANI)
