Amy Winehouse under pressure to dump hubby
November 29th, 2007 - 5:18 pm ICT by adminLondon, Nov 29 (ANI): Trouble with a capital T follows Back to Black star Amy Winehouse, who is back in the news due to her family and friends pressurizing her to leave her husband.
The star has been asked by her family and friends to end her marriage to Blake Fielder-Civil, who has been blamed for the stars deterioration and drug use.
The Rehab singer had cancelled her UK tour on Nov 27, following doctors orders and she had admitted to not being able to cope while her husband is in jail for charges of perverting the course of justice.
Amy is facing pressure from her family members, who want Blake out of her life for good, and friends say that her taxi driver dad Mitch is threatening to change his will unless she sorts herself out.
Im very concerned for Amys welfare, The Sun quoted Mitch as saying.
Shes very sorry she had to let the fans down, but its for the best at the moment, he added.
Amy was not available for comment and her mum Janis had no idea where she was.
Meanwhile Norwegian officials want to quiz the star further over her marijuana arrest last month. (ANI)
