Los Angeles, Nov 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Amy Winehouse’ producer Salaam Remi has revealed that the late singer was working on her third solo album when she died unexpectedly last summer. The producer gave the details during a press conference to brief reporters about the last plans that the singer made concerning her career.

He revealed that the singer had already written all the tracks on the album and chosen the titles when she died. She could not get to finish the project before she died.

Remi told the group of pressmen that, “She had written down everything she wanted to do. She was taking her time with it, and at the end of the day all of her songs are somewhat autobiographical, so she had to live through something, then get out of it and then look back at it to be able to write about it.”

Remi revealed that only two of the tracks were ever recorded on the planned album.

Amy was found dead at her London flat last July. An autopsy inquest into her death revealed that she died from alcohol poison.

The recorded tracks will be among other songs of the singer on the album titled Hidden Treasures. The album is expected to be released on the 5th of December.
