Sep 22 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Amy Winehouse has apologized to Mark Ronson for an earlier online rant on the popular social networking and micro blogging site Twitter that accused Mark of claiming too much credit for the singer’s album.
On Twitter, Amy had tweeted that, “One album I write and you take half the credit”, referring to Mark. It is believed those comments followed earlier interview of Mark on Later With Jools Holland where the producer suggested that Amy came to him with only basic acoustic songs for him to arrange.
That obviously didn’t go down well with Mark who recently said (after Amy apologized) that he still has some stuff to work out with the singer. He however maintained that he hasn’t heard the apology himself from Amy.
Amy tweeted recently that “Ronson I love you; that make it better?”
It may be recalled that 35 year old Mark produced Amy’s album, Back To Black. The album, which came out in 2006 received six nominations at the Grammy Awards. The two recently worked on a project for Quincy Jones new album which is due to be released later this year. Amy has promised her fans her own album this year or early next year.
Mark is however confident that he can work things out with the 27 year old singer when the pair finally meet in person.
