Amy Winehouse’ autopsy is inconclusive
July 26th, 2011 - 1:04 am ICT by Aishwarya BhattLondon, July 25 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The autopsy that was conducted on the 27 years old singer Amy Winehouse has unfortunately proved inconclusive. So now it is not known what was the exact cause of death of the talented singer. Everyone is looking forward to the toxicology reports to shed some light on her premature death. However the sad part is that the toxicology reports would take a week to be available so it is certainly going to be a long wait for her fans, friends and family.
As regards the autopsy results, the Metropolitan Police said that it, “did not establish a formal cause of death and we await the results of further toxicology tests.”
Her funeral is expected to be held shortly and there are some pointers that it could be held tomorrow, thought it ought to be mentioned that there has been no official confirmation from her family and representatives in this matter.
Amy’s family met with her fans outside her London abode and thanked them for their love and support. Mitch Winehouse, who is Amy Winehouse’s father said that, “I can’t tell you what this means to us — it really is making this a lot easier for us. We’re devastated and I’m speechless but thanks for coming.”
