Amy Adams Gives Birth To Baby Girl!

May 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) American actress Amy Adams gave birth to a baby girl on Saturday. The ‘Drop Dead Gorgeous’ star and her fiance actor Darren Legallo welcomed daughter Aviana Olea Legallo with great excitement. The mother and the child have come home from the hospital and are doing fine. The actress announced her pregnancy in December 2009 and Aviana Olea Legallo was born on Saturday, 15th May, 2010. The baby weighed 7lb at the time of birth. Both Amy Adams and Darren Legallo are brimming with happiness and excitement, according to the latest reports.
Amy Adams said in an interview before the delivery that Darren Legallo has all the makings of a good father. She said that he did all that was ‘humanly possible’ for her during the pregnancy. When asked about the name of the baby in January Amy Adams said that she will decide it after the birth, but she said she liked traditional names.
The ‘Enchanted’ star was born in Vicenza, Italy and shot to prominence with her role in ‘Catch Me If You Can’. In 2005, she was nominated for the Oscars for her role in the independent venture ‘Junebug’, where she won great critical acclaim. Her big moment came when she won the Golden Globe for her role in ‘Enchanted’. She was again nominated for the Golden Globe for the portrayal of a young nun in ‘Doubt’.
The duo first met in an acting class in 2001 and started dating a year after. Amy Adams and Darren Legallo have also acted together in a short film called ‘Pennies’.
