Amitabh Bachchan launches soundtrack of ‘Mee Sindhutai Sapkal’

Mumbai, Oct.13 (ANI): Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan has launched the soundtrack of Marathi film, ‘Mee Sindhutai Sapkal’, in Mumbai.
Director of the movie Ananth Narayan Mahdevan, expressed his gratitude to Bachchan for launching the music.
“I am very grateful to Mr. Bachchan because it was very nice of him to have consented to have launched this music because it meant a lot to us. It’s very inspiring,” Mahdevan said on Tuesday.
‘Mee Sindhutai Sapkal’ is a biographical film of Sindhutai Sapkal, a social worker based in Pune.
The film will have its world premiere at the 54th London Film Festival.
It will also be screened at the South Asian International Film Festival in New York in competition.
The film has been produced by the duo of Sachin Khanolkar and Bindiya Khanolkar.
The film is slated to release on November 5, 2010. (ANI)
