America’s Got Talent: Season 6 Episode 10

July 6 (THAINDIAN NEWS) As last night’s episode of ‘America’s Got Talent’ kicked off, a group called ‘Avery & The Calico Hearts’ performed a Justin Bieber song. Considering the fact that these kids were only nine and ten years old, Judge Piers Morgan thinks that maybe they should have waited a bit longer before trying out. Judges Howie Mandell and Sharon Osbourne disagreed, however, and the three singers were sent on through to the next round.

The next act if a man by the name of Kevin Shelley who breaks forty boards over his head, although Sharon did not think he was Vegas-worthy, Howie and Piers said yes. A singing comedian named J Chris Newberg is sent on through by Howie and Sharon although Piers does not like his act.

The next act was a very exciting tumbling act by a team called ‘Chicago’s Ultimate Tumblers’. As several guys tumble over a girl who is standing on the backs of two other guys, one of them misjudges and knocks the girl down. Without missing a beat, she climbs back up, and stands even higher as the act continues. This very much impressed Piers, who said that she had guts. All three judges sent them through.

A few other acts came to the stage which did not impress the judges much. After sending them all home, the last act, ‘Meet Me at Fairfax and 3rd’ takes the stage. These two senior citizens are ages sixty seven and eighty one. One of these men sings a bit out of tune while the other stands on his head in a chair and strikes different poses. For some reason, the judges send them on through as well.
