‘America’s Got Talent’ returns

New York, June 1 (THAINDIAN NEWS) NBC’s highly successful talent hunt show “America’s Got Talent” will return on Wednesday at 8pm ET. The new season will be the sixth of the show.

It is one of the shows that place no restriction on age and the type of talent. The first season of “America’s Got Talent” was held in 2006 and since then the show’s popularity has steadily grown. The first season averaged 10.9 million and in the last season which was held last summer, the show’s audience had grown to 13.3 million.

“America’s Got Talent” has unearthed some talents over the years. The winner of the second season of the show, Terry Fator is one of the people who have seen their lives transformed by the show. His lucrative breakthrough came when he landed a five-year deal worth $100 million with The Mirage.

The 45-year-old said that, “I didn’t expect to win, but I went in with a plan: This would go on my promotional stuff to get more shows and make more money. But things began to snowball. This show can and will change your life forever.”

Several talents will be unearthed during the competition. After the audition, final show will be held later.
