Piers MorganJuly 15, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Piers Morgan is literally going places. The British born talk show host who is often referred as the Simon Cowell of ‘America’s Got Talent’ is all set to take Larry King’s place in CNN. The NBC host is delighted over the development though it places a big responsibility on his shoulder. The networks are reportedly in the last stage of inking the deal which will ensure that the host can appear in both the programs and delight the viewers.

Larry King who is known for the popular show ‘Larry King Live’ declared last month that he will put an end to the favorite show after continuing it for several years. The successor to his position will get around $5-6 million annually for the next 3 years. However the program hosted by Larry King is an extremely popular one and it is difficult to say whether he will be able to live up to the expectation of the viewers or not. Jeff Zucker, the NBC Universal CEO admitted the development and said that he thinks the host is talented and hence it will not be too hard for him to manage two duties simultaneously.

Larry King who is soon going to hang on his boots however wanted the hunky host of American Idol, Ryan Seacrest to don his mantle. He does not know Piers Morgan personally and is not sure if he is the right choice for the post. The news has created sensation among the viewers of the popular show. The viewers are divided in their opinion regarding the capability of the would be host of the program.

final 2010 showed the kind of audience the show has and strives for and the finish surely was spoiled by Piers’s attack on classical entertainment. There is no talent in dancing and show groups, there is some talent in guitar singers but the only talent without competition was in the little girl’s perfection at all performance acts. Sorry for your show to fail the headline “got talent”.
