America’s Got Talent contestant Joe Finley arrested
October 27th, 2010 - 3:38 am ICT by Aishwarya BhattLos Angeles, Oct 26 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Joe Finley, an “America’s Got Talent” contestant has been busted by the police on drug related charges.
Finley confirmed to TMZ.com later that he had taken some three pills of ecstasy when he was arrested. It is not immediately clear the sort of action the organizers of the reality show will take against Finley.
That though was not the only problems of Finley on Saturday. His wife, Laura’s body was found at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in downturn Los Angeles earlier on Saturday. Her body was found at the stairwell of the hotel and the police picked Finley for questioning on the death of the wife.
According to the scant information on this developing story, Finley and his wife were at the hotel together where the auditioning for the next “America’s Got Talent” reality show was taken place.
Joe Finley was released on Sunday from jail on a $10,000 bail bond.
Investigation into the death of his wife continues.
“America’s Got Talent” is trailing “American Idol” and “X-Factor” in terms of popularity; however the show’s UK version is one of the most successful franchises in the World.
