‘America’s Got Talent 2009′ Coming Your Way

A new talent show in America is creating waves among people. The world renowned reality show named America’s Got Talent is touted as the greatest new act of the nation.The show kicked-off from June 23, 2009 and was more in the news due to the presence of Britain’s new found opera singer Susan Boyle.
This TV show is poised to reach newer heights what with Boyle’s video performances spread worldwide.The show on NBC will certainly invite enthusiasm and boost curiosity due its star power.For this dream come true run the reality show judges have shared their expectations. Here is what they had to say:
Piers Morgan: “We want to find a unique act that makes people say ‘wow!’”
Sharon Osbourne: “The show is about opportunity… giving people hope. Making dreams come true that is our business.”
David Hasselhoff: “One thing about America’s Got Talent it is fun. We want wild, wacky, and crazy. We also want talent.”
The show will be aired on Wednesday, June 24.It will capture the dreams, frustrations and celebrations of the contestants. Audiences will have to wait for tow hours before they will be blown over by a power-packed performance from a brother and sister trio called Voices of Glory.Their performance earned them a thunderous applause and standing ovation from the audiences and judges alike.The heart tugging emotion in their voice made the act a memorable one.The story and inspiration behind such a startling performance left everyone’s’ eyes gleaming with tears.They shared, “Three years ago my mom got into a head on collision from a drunk driver she was in a comma for eight months. We started singing for her and all the other people in the hospital, and it went on from there.”
The show is sure to acquire some quick ratings by its tear jerking qualities.The contestants’ mother was shown in a wheel chair backstage when the camera was focused.The audiences got involved and wanted the mother to take centrestage.The show evoked the right kind of emotions and touched a chord with the audiences.
