American Idol producer wants Paula Abdul back on the show

Los Angeles, Aug 6 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Paula Abdul had spent 8 seasons on the American Idol show, but she quit her position after disagreements over her contract.
Ellen DeGeneres was brought in as her replacement but ultimately, she was never able to fully measure up to Abdul who had an unbelievable chemistry with leading judge - Simon Cowell.
Former Executive Producer Nigel Lithgoe will be getting back on the show and he’s doing all he can to bring old face Abdul back even though Simon Cowell has quit the show.
Nigel Lithgoe confirmed he’s desperate to see Abdul back on the show even though she’s been signed onto a working contract by CBS, which may be an obstacle in his quest.
Paula Abdul’s recent comments on the popular social networking and micro blogging site Twitter indicate that she might be open to the idea of coming back to the show. She wrote in a tweet that, “A new idea is first condemned as ridiculous & then dismissed as trivial, until finally it becomes what everybody knows.”
Meanwhile the sexy musician and actress - Jennifer Lopez is also set to sign a contract on the talent show according to speculations. However it is still far from clear over who is going to fill Simon Cowell’s position on the musical reality show.
