Lake broke the news to fans by posting a photo of the happy couple on her Twitter page and posted: “Thrilled to share some happy news with you… I’m engaged!”
The 42-year-old began dating Evans last summer and she said that they are now planning to exchange vows, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
