Followed by filmmakers Cheran, Samuthirakkani and Sasi Kumar becoming actors, it’s the turn of director Ameer now. The film “Yogi’ directed by “Thiruda Thirudi’ fame Subramaniam Siva features Ameer as protagonist while Madhumitha stars opposite him, as the female lead role. It’s worth mentioning that Ameer himself has produced the film under the banner name of “Team Work Production’.
The film’s audio was launched yesterday morning at Satyam Cinemas where the occasion witnessed coming together of versatile personalities in Kollywood. Director Bharathiraja, producer Dayanidhi Azhagiri, producers council president Ramanarayanan, KRG, producer R.B. Choudary, director Seeman, Editor Mohan, Cheran, Bala, Music Director Yuvan Shankar Raja, actresses Madhumitha with her Husband Siva Balaji and Swathi, Sun Pictures Hansraj Saxena, Sasikumar, Jeeva, Simbhu and many others were present. A song “Seermevum Koovathiley’ was screened to the special invitees followed by a sleek trailer.
Director Subramaniam Siva and Karu Pazhaniappan played the perfect hosts welcoming the special guests.
