Alyson Hannigan blasts ‘Buffy The Vampire Slayer’ movie plan
December 4th, 2009 - 5:20 pm ICT by ANI ( 1 comment )London, December 04 (ANI): Former ‘Buffy The Vampire Slayer’ star Alyson Hannigan has blasted plans of movie bosses to remake the show into a new film.
The actress is not ready to join the cast until former lead writer of the show, Joss Whedon, who has been neglected, is roped in.
“It’s a big mistake. I mean if Joss isn’t involved, it’s only the title. (I wouldn’t go back) not without Joss. Joss is the only reason that we would go back,” the Daily Express quoted her as telling Cinemablend.
She added: “I mean, it’s just ridiculous to think of that TV show without Joss. That’s just silly to me… And all the fans know that, too, so I don’t know what they’re thinking.”
Hannigan played the role of Willow Rosenberg in the show. (ANI)

I’ll agree and go one step further. If Joss and the rest of the cast are not involved, I’m not interested in watching it.
