Nov 10, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Country singer Reba McEntire released her new album ‘All The Women I Am’ recently and spoke about the release in an interview on Tuesday. The 55 year old star said that the album dealt with all the experiences that she had been through over the years which included divorce, having and raising kids, handling friends’ relationship and also confronting the man in her life. Reba McEntire has also sung a cover of Beyonce Knowles’ hit ‘If I Were A Boy’ for the new album.

Recently Miranda Lambert spoke about Reba McEntire in a recent interview and said that the country veteran shows how a woman’s career should be. She was also all praises for her looks and her music. Reba McEntire said that the new album which is her 34th describes the various roles that she has played as a woman. Over the years Reba McEntire has delivered several chart topping hits and her career has served as an inspiration for young artists like Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Hillary Scott.

The much talked about song in the album is ‘The Day She Got Divorced’ which talks about the day of divorce in the life of a woman. The plot of the song revolves around the woman’s daily life and there are some bold parts to the song when she is seen continuing her affair with her boss. The other songs that have received good response from the critics are ‘Cry’ and the title track. The song ‘When Love Gets A Hold Of You’ talks about a woman finding herself after a bad relationship and has a soaring chorus that is sure to make some of the fans sing along the very first time that they hear it.
