November 3, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Its official! Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are not together anymore. The couple has filed a divorce recently, laying rest to all the speculations surrounding their marriage.   The divorce documents prove the fact that the couple’s marriage had hit a rocky patch long time back and they don’t want to stay with each other anymore.  The documents have been signed by both the parties and they were submitted to the court on November 1 afternoon.

As per the divorce papers its has come to view that Mueller and Sheen are going to receive joint legal custody of their twin sons. While Brooke Mueller got the primary physical custody for being the mother, Charlie has visitation rights. Brooke is going to get a whopping $55,000 for child support from Charlie Sheen each month.  The divorce papers also makes it clear that Brooke will never receive more money than what Denise Richards (Charlie’s previous ex-wife) gets for child support.

Although Charlie will retain the family home, he will have to dole out $1 million to Brooke for her new home.  Apart from that Brooke Mueller will also receive a lump sum amount of $757,689.70 from Charlie Sheen as per the divorce settlement.  Last but not the least, Charlie Sheen will get to retain his $5.45 million watch collection (unbelievable). It seems that the only thing constant in Charlie’s life are his watches! He recently got into drunken brawl with pornstar Capri Anderson after losing one of his $150,000 Patek Phillip.

The split has become official and hopefully things will go smoothly for Charlie from now on.
