Handsome actor Ali merchant currently seen in “Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat’ loves to party and his birthday just went by on 13th Dec but guess what? This party lover could not have a birthday bash.

“On my birthday I was shooting since the previous evening till early morning on 13th Dec but at mid night Sara Khan and Mahi Vij surprised me by coming to the sets with a cake. I ended up cutting 3-4 cakes on the sets and celebrated with the crew. On the day of my birthday I was shooting for the serial due to our tight schedule and in evening I had to attend Shaleen and Daljit’s wedding which I could attend only for 15 minutes and then report back to the shoot. My day was packed!” says Ali. This left the actor busy with his shoot instead of celebrating.

Ali’s hands were too full to party on which he says,” I am a party animal and I throw crazy parties but sometimes in the television industry one has to work round the clock as the episodes have to be telecast on time. But it was a superb and horrible feeling at the same time. Superb because I was working, horrible because I could not party.”

Like they say is “Kuch paane ke liye kuch khona padta hai”, right Ali?
