Alfred Molina Joins “Law & Order” Spinoff “Law & Order: Los Angeles”

July 26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The excitement surrounding the broadcast of the whole new “Law & Order: Los Angeles” series escalates further as reports claim that Alfred Molina - the veteran film and Broadway actor has decided to join the crew of the crime drama family of NBC. The actor will be seen playing the role of Deputy District Attorney Morales in series which is scheduled to premiere this fall. The news was revealed to media sources by Dick Wolf the creator and executive producer of the “Law&Order: Los Angeles” series. The show will be aired at 10 p.m. Eastern time every Wednesday. However, the exact date of the premier of the show on television along with the name of the character that would be played by Alfred Molina is yet to be made public.
Dick Wolf said in a recent statement that he is thrilled about the fact that veteran actor like Alfred Molina is going to become a part of “Law&Order: Los Angeles”. The statement also added that by playing the role of Deputy District Attorney Morales, Alfred Molina will be joining the long list of famous character actors who have been part of the “Law&Order” series. The other well known character actors who have in the past been the part of the show are Dianne Wiest, Michael Moriarity and Sam Waterson.
In the new “Law&Order: Los Angeles” crime drama Alfred Molina will be joined by Skeet Ulrich who will be seen playing the role of the lead detective. Many sources claim that like its preceding crime series, “Law&Order: Los Angeles” will also divide episodes to show the work of persecutors and police.
