Alexa Chung dating The Strokes’ guitarist?
May 9th, 2012 - 10:04 am ICT by IANSLondon, May 9 (IANS) TV presenter Alexa Chung is reportedly dating guitarist Albert Hammond Jr of The Strokes band.
Chung, who was previously dating The Arctic Monkeys’ frontman Alex Turner, was recently spotted with Hammond Jr at a private Mulberry dinner party at a restaurant in New York Friday, reports contactmusic.com.
“Alexa and Albert arrived together and left together…They were adamant that they were not to be in any pictures together,” a source said.
Chung and Turner announced their four-year relationship was over last July but were hopeful of remaining friends.
“They want to stay friends so it’s best to split now. They’ve been through a lot together and all their friends are sad they’ve called time as a couple. It was best that they both got out now and saved their friendship,” the source added.
