Los Angeles, Feb 9 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Alex Reid is reportedly making a massive demand before leaving the marital house that he shares with estranged wife, Katie Price.

The Daily Star reports that the cage fighter is demanding 50 percent of his wife’s fortune in the divorce settlement. That begins with him leaving the 8-bedroom mansion that the two currently share. Reid is demanding £10 million before he takes a step outside the house.

The Daily Star spoke to some friends of Reid. They told the newspaper that the 35-year-old is not ready to get out of the house unless all the divorce demands he is making have been accepted by Katie.

Reid is reportedly still hurt with the divorce proceedings. According his friends, he is still refusing to believe that Katie wants to leave their marriage.

Daily Star quoted a friend saying,” The divorce is still very much on track and Kate’s feelings about Alex remain the same. Alex isn’t sleeping he is twitchy and just has no grasp on reality. It’s as though he thinks this is all one big game that will just disappear.”

Some divorce analysts believe that Reid’s demand is too much but they believe that he may walk away with a third of everything that Katie currently owns. She is estimated to be worth about £40 million.
