Alex Reid is on pampering spree
September 12th, 2010 - 3:45 am ICT by IANSLondon, Sep 12 (IANS) “Celebrity Big Brother” winner Alex Reid has been indulging in massage and reflexology sessions as he thinks it is important to pamper himself.
The cage fighter who is married to former glamour model Katie Price, has been indulging in aromatherapy sessions and massages in a bid to spoil himself, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
“I am going very metrosexual at the moment with all my pampering,” said Reid.
“As I am beating my body up with training all day I have to be extra kind to it, too. So I’m having aromatherapy massages, sports massages and reflexology,” he added.
Reid also believes it’s important to be kind to yourself and take care of your body.
“I especially love reflexology - it’s a great way to relax and get rid of all the stress that has built up during the day,” he said.
