Alanis Morissette And Souleye Get Married

Canadian singer Alanis Morissette and the rapper Mario Treadway, known as Souleye, tied the knot in a personal ceremony, with only their family present, at their Los Angeles home. Alanis Morissette and Souleye, got married on May 22, exactly 10 days before Morissette’s 36th birthday on June 1.
Morissette, 36, who is known for hits like Ironic and Hand in my Pocket, started dating Souleye, 30, in October last year. Morissette was engaged to ‘The Proposal’ actor Ryan Reynolds, but t split in 2006. Ryan is now married to Scarlett Johansson.
Morissette walked at the red-carpet in the premieres of “Prince of Persia” on May 18, just days before the wedding. She performed the theme song, “I Remain”. Seven Grammy Awards and 12 Junos winner, Alanis Morissette sold more than 60 million albums. On Thursday June 10, she is supposed to perform on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
Morissette disclosed her marriage on Facebook expressing her excitement to start her new life with Souleye. Morissette fans are looking for their wedding pictures all over the net and it has been listed as ‘hot search’ currently.
