Alanis Morissette And Mario Souleye Treadway To Welcome Their First Child

Aug 13, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Grammy award-winning Canadian American Singer-songwriter Alanis Morissette and his rapper husband Mario Souleye Treadway are all set to welcome their first child. Alanis Morissette announced the news officially in the homepage of her social networking site where she wrote that she is happy as she is expecting her first child. The couple dated for eight months and then exchanged vows in May, 2010.
Alanis Morissette revealed the news about her pregnancy in a reputed magazine’s “25 Things You Don’t Know About Me” section and then she stated it on her social networking site. A reputed media source reported that the happy father-to- be also announced the news in the homepage of his social networking site stating that the couple are excited and happy as they would welcome their first child. Alanis Morissette appeared in one of the reputed talk shows where she spilled the beans in detailed manner. The Canadian singer said that the news came to her as shock and surprise as at the first instance she did not believe that she is pregnant.
The couple was spotted by the media recently in front of a coffee shop in Los Angeles and the looked happy together. The “Flavors Of Entanglement” singer said that she at first thought she was not expecting a child. She went to the doctor for a routine check up but the doctor said that she looked like a pregnant woman and took her pregnancy test. The doctor then confirmed the news saying she is soon going to be a mother. The couple said that they are excited to begin their journey together and Alanis Morissette in her interview said that she is “excited” by the news and “glowing” out of her happiness.
