Al Pacino’s machinegun to be auctioned
September 4th, 2010 - 1:07 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Sep 4 (IANS) The machinegun used by Al Pacino’s gangster character in the mafia movie “Scarface” is likely to fetch 100,000 pounds at an auction in the US.
The Sun Saturday reported that Tony Montana shot rivals with the M-16A1 at the end of the 1983 film after he said dramatically: “Say hello to my little friend.”
Kevin Martin, who is the owner of the gun, said Pacino wanted to use a real gun — but it was made safe.
