Apr 19, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Legendary actor Al Pacino will next be seen on screen in the HBO venture “You Don’t Know Jack” where he will be portraying the role of Kevorkian Jack who is also known as “Dr. Death” in the media circles is one of the most talked about persons of the 1990s. It is already being widely reported in the media that Al Pacino has done a wonderful job in the portrayal of “Dr. Death” on screen.

Jack Kevorkian or “Dr. Death” as he is better known as became famous or rather infamous during the 1990s when the doctor put to death every patient under his charge who was terminally ill. The doctor worked according to his own principles and killed every man who was in extreme pain, giving the reason that his job was to put an end to sufferings in this world and this was exactly what he was doing when he was killing his patients. However, the doctor took extreme care to choose the applications which were submitted to him and rejected as much as 90% of them.

Speaking about his role to the media, Al Pacino said that he was looking forward to playing the character. In the actor’s opinion, Kevorkian was a good doctor who was extremely caring towards his patients. The media is sure about the fact that the release of the film will also bring to the forefront the topic of “mercy killing” which Dr. Jack practiced. The film also stars Susan Sarandon alongside Al Pacino and is slated for a April 24 release.
