Al Pacino: ‘Playing Dr Kevorkian was a role to kill for’

Dr Jack Kevorkian is on a missionary for people who want to die, in the form of an assisted suicide. Pacino said that he had never met Dr Jack prior to shooting for the movie, but he had a blast doing the movie – ‘You Don’t Know Jack’.
The duo met recently prior to the premiere of the movie. And the Oscar winner Al Pacino also revealed that Dr Jack has invited him for a game of poker. Pacino said that, “I spent time just absorbing him. It just shows you sometimes how … some people don’t understand how to be in the public eye, how to deal with media and cameras, but [in this film], with a guy like Jack, you know him longer, you get a sense of who he is. He’s totally funny and self-deprecating. Big-time smart.”
Meanwhile Dr Jack said that Pacino is a big-time poker player, and he has invited the award-winning actor for a game of poker. Al Pacino also confirmed the invitation and said that he would be going to Detroit soon, to enjoy a game of poker with him.
