Washington, July 31, 2010 (Just Flashed): Iran has been incarcerating three American mountaineers since July 31, 2009. The three American mountaineers are Josh Fattal, Shane Bauer and Sarah Shourd. These three individuals were mountaineering in Iraq then when they purportedly lost their way across an undefined boundary into Iran. The Iranian establishment has alleged that the three American climbers were indulging in activities of espionage. However, the kith and kin of the three have asserted that they were simply participating in a leisure hike.

“Free The Hikers’ happens to be an association that has been constructed by the families of the caged Americans. This association has commenced agitations at the Iranian Mission to the United Nations in New York. The agitations started on Friday against the continuing Iranian imprisonment of the three American nationals. The representatives of the association have mentioned that these protests are intended to be organized worldwide. They have mentioned that these protests were laying the foundation for international events that have been fashioned to transport a serious message to the Iranians.

Alex Fattal happens to be the brother of Josh Fattal. He has mentioned to CNN that the demonstrations are going to be organized in the cities of countries such as Spain, India and America itself. Two months back, the mothers of the caged climbers met them in Iran. Alex has revealed that Shourd has a pre-cancerous state that requires continuous examination. Her health records haven’t been made accessible to her family. CNN has articulated that the American Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, has urged Iran to discharge the three climbers on compassionate grounds. Amnesty International has also recommended Iran to liberate the hikers. Malcolm Smart happens to be the director of Amnesty International’s Middle East and North Africa chapter. He has declared that it seems perceptible that that the Iranian establishment doest not possess considerable proof to take legal action against these three individuals. Amnesty dreads that the Americans may have been caged in consequence of their race. If no indictments are leveled against them, the Americans must be set free and permitted to depart from Iran.

Smart has also declared that, if evidence exists against the three Americans, they must be indicted with visibly unlawful offenses and prosecuted in keeping with global principles for a reasonable trial.
