Adjudicator Discharges Warrant For Gretchen Rossi

April 23, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): A California adjudicator discharged a warrant for the detention of Gretchen Rossi. This information is in keeping with E! Online.
On Thursday, the celebrity of Real Housewives of Orange County did not make her presence felt in a courthouse for an inquiry in connection with a court case launched by a male, who has declared that he is her ex-lover.
In the immediate aftermath of the judge releasing the warrant, what happened was that he quashed the order. The judge has divulged that he would keep the order in abeyance for one week in order to supply the reality TV star a chance to report to the courthouse.
In January, Jay Photoglou filed a suit against Rossi for defamation and vilification. He proclaimed that Rossi had been mendacious about the personality of their bond on TV and in diverse media interviews. Rossi was supposed to have been dishonest as she was engaged to Jeff Beitzel. He later expired owing to leukemia.
The 32-year-old Rossi endeavored to launch a preventive order against Photoglou. She mentioned that he had hassled and terrorized her, her boyfriend Slade Smiley and her dog. The preventive order was later discarded and she was commanded to shell out $20,000 in legal fees.
Rossi has yet to make an observation about the judge’s current order.
