Actress Rambha’s Reception Turns Out To Be A Grand Affair

Chennai, Apr 12, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Indian actress Rambha married Canada based businessman Indhiran Padmanathan at the Lord Venkateswara temple in Tirupati on the 9th of April this month. The reception was held at the Rani Meyyammai Hall, Chennai on 11th April. Chief Minister of Tamilnadu, M. Karunanidhi attended the reception along with every big celebrity of the Kollywood and Tollywood film industry. However, Rajnikanth and Kamal Hassan were not present at the reception.
The photos of the grand reception party held in Chennai can now be viewed on the internet. Rambha appeared very excited throughout the reception party. Though the marriage ceremony was attended by only the friends and family members of the actress, it was the reception which was the real grand affair with almost the entire South film industry coming to the function.
Rambha has not only sizzled on the screens of South India, but also featured in Hindi movies of Bollywood, sharing screen space with the top actors in tinsel town. Rambha’s dipping career graph shot up with the recently released movie ‘Quick Gun Murugan’, which was one of the greatest hits in Tollywood this year. The film not only won her praise but also other offers from other big directors in the industry. While shooting for the film, Rambha had to make frequent trips to Canada, just before her marriage.
The actress says that post-marriage she will take up only such roles which really appeal to her. Rambha’s family is happy to see her married and have supported her decision of starting a family of her own.
