Perhaps it is the best time for the actress to make a bid to come back in the limelight for some good reasons, and what better way out, than sport a total makeover. Moreover her hair extensions had suffered very badly during her jail stint.

Prior to going back to her natural auburn hair, she had spent some months being a blonde. She showcased her red hair when she was in the public eye in Santa Monica. The jury is still arguing whether her platinum locks suited her better or her red hair is going to bring better luck to her infamous personal and professional life. However almost everyone agrees that with so many changes taking place in her life, this was the apt time for the controversy ridden actress to go for a new hair color.

It may be recalled that when Lindsay Lohan tasted fame and success with her roles in ‘The Parent Trap’, ‘Freaky Friday’ and Mean Girls, then also she used to sport auburn hair. Perhaps the previous luck and fame streak will rub off again on the star. She has experimented a lot with her hair and has sported it in many shades such as blonde, brown and even black.
