Actress Lindsay Lohan ordered back to jail

Sep 24 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actress Lindsay Lohan has been sent back to jail until Oct. 22 for failing a drug test.
The judge, Elden S. Fox of Los Angeles Superior Court had earlier warned Lohan that she will spend a month in jail anytime, if she fails a test or skips a mandated random test. The actress recently acknowledged that she had failed a drug test and told her fans on Twitter that she is ready for the consequences of her actions.
The actress was in court with her mother, Dina and her father Michael Lohan. She appeared at the court ten minutes ahead of her hearing with her mother.
The actress spent only 23 days of her 90-day sentence before she was released. The actress is on probation for two counts of DUI and reckless driving. All the charges are misdemeanor.
The actress had two drug charges dropped in August by Judge Fox. The judge also released the actress from a rehab facility two weeks ago and a veteran criminal lawyer who is familiar with Judge Fox says he expects the judge to evaluate Lohan’s seriousness about her drug addiction treatment.
Lohan recently admitted addiction to drugs when she tweeted on the popular social networking and micro blogging site Twitter that “Substance abuse …doesn’t go away over night”.
