Actress Kalyani is a producer now
September 28th, 2009 - 11:42 am ICT by Sampurn WireSouth Indian actress Kaveri, who later got renamed as Kalyani is all set to become a producer. The actress had won State award (best actress) in 2002 for her stunning performance in a Telugu movie titled “Avunu Vaalidaru Ishtapadaru’…
The actress had also acted in few Tamil films including Sarath Kumar starrer “Samuthiram’.
Closer sources have revealed that actress Kaveri has produced a Telugu film “Chapter 6′, a romantic entertainer. The film starring Bala and Sonia Suri in lead roles is directed by Kaveri’s husband and is produced under the banner of Midas Touch.
The film had started rolling before couple of months and was shot across Hyderabad, Vizag, Chennai, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Kerala and Thailand. It has been confirmed that the film will hit screens in October.
P.C. Sivan-Mohan Sitara has composed the music while A.N. Raja, Selva Kumar, Chitrai Selvan and Nirmal Raja have cranked the camera.
