Jaime Pressly is engaged again, her rep. confirms. The “My Name is Earl” actress is said to be engaged to her boyfriend, the entertainment lawyer, Simran Singh. According to the reports of the “USmagazine.com”, the date of their wedding has not been fixed yet.

Jamie Pressly has recently broken up (November, last year) with Eric Cubiche after being together for almost a period of two years and the two reportedly have a two year old son together, named Dezi.

On Thursday, July 30, the newly engaged couple were seen checking in to the San Diego’s Hard Rock hotel. It was here that the Emmy award winning actress had informed one of her friends that she had recently got engaged. A witness accounts hearing Jaime telling her pal, “Nobody really knows yet, but we just got engaged.”

According to reports, Jaime and her fiance Simran, held a birthday bash on the following night, Friday, July 31, in order to celebrate the 32nd birthday of Jaime. An estimated 50 guests are said to have attended the party; some of Jaime’s closest friends. The birthday bash was organized at Float. The partying group is said to have booked in to a VIP cabana and Pressly reportedly served her guests with the red velvet cake, which is known to be her favorite.

One of the guests has reportedly told the People magazine that, “Jaime was showing off a huge diamond engagement ring on her left hand. Girlfriends were coming up to her and they were all congratulating her on the engagement.” The guest went further to say that the two lovebirds are made for an “adorable couple.”
