Dec 16, (THAINDIAN NEWS) American television actress Claire Danes is presently disappointed at a reputed American newspaper for publishing a wrong statement. The US newspaper stated that the ravishing actress has faced permanent skin darkening around her eyes after endorsing Latisse, an eyelash growth treatment. The representative of the actress has criticized the newspaper for publishing false reports.

The US newspaper previously stated that the serum Latisse has darkened the skin around her eyes which forced the “My So-Called Life” actress’ makeup artist to put concealer to cover the yellowish and purplish shade around her eyes. However, Claire Danes’ representative completely refuted the statement and said that the claims are absolutely false. The representative of the actress released a statement claiming that his client would take legal action if the newspaper publishes any untrue information. The spokesperson has asked the newspaper to “kill” the story.

On the other hand, Latisse’s spokesperson told a reputed media source that the company officials were unaware of the fact that Claire Danes had any side effects. The company released a statement saying that it can only speak about Claire Danes’s experience with the product. The statement read that the actress was pleased with the result and she continues to use Latisse. The officials said that the actress’ team has told them that Claire Danes has not experienced any “skin hyper-pigmentation” after using their product. On the other hand, Claire Danes shared her experience in the Latisse video diary where she said that when she started using the serum she had a side effect. The actress said that the skin around her eyes became red but later it was cured.
