Actor Gary Coleman dies at 42 years, his acting career was short-lived

garycoleman Utah, May 28 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actor Gary Coleman has died. He was just 42 years old. He was ailing since a long time and was admitted in a Utah hospital for medical aid. He was on the life support system since Thursday. According to reports, he had suffered a brain hemorrhage and was in a coma because of it. He was also hooked on to the life support machine, but he didn’t make it and breathed his last.

His manager John Alcantar had earlier said that Cary was bleeding profusely from the skull at his Salt Lake City abode, on Wednesday. He was rushed to the hospital but unfortunately he didn’t recover. He was continuously losing consciousness and then went into coma as well.

The Diff’rent Strokes actor has faced a host of medical problems since a long time. He already had two kidney transplants and also needs to undergo dialysis continuously. Apart from the kidney transplant, he also had heart surgery last year, and then his medical condition deteriorated because he was also suffering from pneumonia.

Gary’s acting career was short-lived. He is best known for portraying the child character of Arnold Jackson in the American sitcom Diff’rent Strokes. Diff’rent Strokes was an interesting children oriented show that used to be shown on TV from 1978 to 1986.
