Oct 31, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actor Eddie Cibrian’s former wife Brandi Glanville is creating headlines lately but not for reasons that the ‘Chase’ star can be very proud of. Brandi Glanville was reportedly taken into custody on the wee hours of Friday morning after she was supposedly driving under the influence of alcohol although the intrinsic details pertaining to the reason for her arrest has not been available till now.

According to reports, Eddie Cibrian’s ex-flame was stopped by authorities at Beverly Hills’ Sunset Boulevard for an ‘unrelated traffic infraction.’ However, after the vehicle was pulled over, the cops realized that the former make-up artist might be high on booze as the car was smelling of alcohol and so a field sobriety test was later carried out. Sources say that Brandi Glanville was taken into custody by the cops after she supposedly failed the field sobriety test and she was then taken to the Beverly Hills Police Department. However, after a bail of $5,000 was posted, the “Chase” star’s former wife was released on Friday morning, insiders reveal. Brandi Glanville who shares two kids with the “CSI: Miami” star, got officially divorced from the actor earlier this month.

The legal separation of Eddie Cibrian and his former make-up artist wife comes a year after it was revealed that the “CSI: Miami” star was having a torrid extra-marital affair with singer LeAnn Rimes. Although Brandi Glanville hogged the limelight for the first time reports of her husband’s infidelity emerged, since them she has been making news almost every now and then for her publicly vocal reactions to her former husband’s extra-marital affair.
