Acid test for Shriya’s Bollywood innings

Shriya Saran may have worked in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi film industry but stars haven’t been shining bright for this pretty actress. She hasn’t been able to cement her place amid the top stars in any of the industry. Even working along with superstar like Rajnikanth didn’t helped her deteriorating career. Where Asin and other south actresses are making their name count in Bollywood, Shriya’s Bollywood dreams too seems to be shattered as she hardly has any Hindi films in her kitty. This Friday is surely going to be an acid test for Shirya with her Hindi flick Ek – The Power of One is getting released. If even this film doesn’t do good business, the producers would surely be reluctant to bank on her in the future. This films is a remake of Telugu mega-hit Athudu and stars Bobby Deol and Nana Patekar in the lead roles. – Sampurn Media
