ABC’s Latest Presentation “Happy Town” Captivates Viewers’ Attention

happyApr 29, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The much anticipated drama television series “Happy Town” was premiered in the ABC network on Wednesday night and with the hype that the show had managed to create, it did not come as much of a surprise that it received wide viewership. The pilot segment with its rather intriguing twists and turns was successful in captivating the attention of the viewers who had tuned in to watch the episode. The first episode of the series was titled “In This Home On Ice” and was directed by Gary Fleder.

“Happy Town” is a television series that is based in the small town of Haplin in Minnesota and tracks the lives of the residents of the rather mysterious town. Initially what captures the attention of the viewers is the serene and idyllic factor that the town seems to boast of. However, soon viewers realize that peace and serenity can be termed as the last thing that can be associated with the town of Haplin, as one of the highlights of the debut episode turns out to be a gruesome murder of a local resident. This is what manages to grab the attention of the viewers who are left glued to the television screens in order to know how the events unfold from there on.

The ABC drama television series stars Sam Neil, Lauren German, Steven Weber, Amy Acker, Jay Paulson, Robert Wisdom in some of the pivotal characters. The pilot episode of “Happy Town” included just some of the interesting elements that the television series is set to showcase in the season.
