London, April 11 (ANI): Model Abbey Clancy and her fiancee England striker Peter Crouch have reportedly set a date for their wedding after two years of engagement.

The couple, who has been together for six years, are now planning to marry on June 31 in a lavish ceremony at Stapleford Park hotel in Leicestershire.

“They sent out wedding invites with details engraved on a candle,’ the Daily Mail quoted a friend, as saying.

“The ceremony will be at the Church of St Mary Magdalene in the grounds of the country house, followed by a reception in the Grand Hall.

“Abbey has booked a band, she’s looking for a magician, and there will be some karaoke later in the evening,” the friend added.

The Brit lingerie model has been wearing her 200,000 pounds diamond engagement ring ever since the footballer proposed to her, despite lurid revelations about him.

The WAG gave birth to their first child Sophia Ruby four weeks ago.

Their relationship has been in doubt with revelations that Crouch allegedly paid prostitute Monica Mint 800 pounds for sex during a friend’s stag weekend in Madrid last year.

And in February he is said to have signed in as a visitor at an airhostess’s apartment building in Dubai just days before Clancy was due to give birth.

Clancy moved out of their Surrey home for just a week following the first revelations in August last year, but then forgave her 6ft 7in fiance, declaring: “We’ll work it out. We are going to stay together. We’ll get through this. It’s all going to be fine.”

Now it seems the duo have put their problems behind them. (ANI)
